Founder, Jessica Clair commenced ARC after working in the industry for over 15 years and identifying a gap in services that specifically specialise in revenue management. In particular within small to medium practices. Our team provide expertise to our clients to ensure that their revenue is structured effectively for delivering valuable reports and correct payments to advisers. We often identify revenue discrepancies and in the event were able to notify and help remediate the problem.

    FOUNDER

    Founder, Jessica Clair started in the Financial Services industry in 2008 after being handpicked out of University by a Lecturer to work in her Financial Planning practice. While starting out in a junior advice role the love of practice management and financial service administration was born.

    As the industry changed after FOFA there started a shift from the big Dealer Groups to the Self Licensed movement. Jessica found that there was a gap in knowledge within the industry in understanding the revenue management and reporting process. Out of this Adviser Revenue Consulting was established.

    Jessica loves working with her clients to help execute tidy revenue reports, AFSLs and use these reports to close their pay runs on a timely basis. With a keen love of excel she invests a lot of time in delving into the data and can extract meaningful information to help businesses understand their revenue and client metrics.

    The industry is ever evolving and with that Jessica understand the importance of not getting left behind in technology and regulatory changes.

    Revenue Administrator

    Rachel joined ARC in December 2021 after working as a bookkeeping for 7 years. Rachel has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Financial Planning.

    Rachel brings to the team exactly what our clients need when it comes to understanding the revenue processing service and making sure the numbers line up!

    Mostly working behind the scenes Rachel updates your brokerage payments into the revenue processing software and balances those payments to the bank statement. Rachel’s big strength is highlighting payment discrepancies and investigating where those discrepancies might lie, this has helped our clients identify renewal clawbacks and fee for service payments that could affect FDS.

    Rachel looks forward to continuing working with our valued clients and taking on the challenge of our new clients.
